This 8 session programme starts and finishes in a group session focusing on each individual clairifying their own business mission, values and goals. The individual coaching sessions enable each individual to step into and own their natural leadership qualities.

The January workshop focused on setting 2010 goals,delegates took away the following - 'focus and energy'.....'I feel aware of what I’m aiming for and therefore more in control and less overwhelmed'.

This session will celebrate goals achieved and offer accountability for the second half of 2010.
