I picked up Michael Losier's 'Law of Attraction' last night and was reminded of the power of thoughts, both positive and negative.

It prompted me to check in with myself...am I surrounding myself with positive thoughts, people and situations or has it slipped? I've been feeling tired and lethargic recently?? Time to re-assess.

I started my daily 20 minute meditation again today, already I felt calm and ready for the day. A small exercise, a big impact.
